Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Associate Researcher to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who wants to make a positive impact on the world, enjoys working with people, and is excited about growing professionally. You’ll dive right into projects, bringing your passion and confidence to help us inspire change.

  • Engage charismatically with clients, building and managing strong relationships.

  • Attend and contribute to our regularly scheduled team meetings.

  • Collaborate with our team on Microsoft Teams, or be willing to learn and use the platform effectively.

  • Operate within our Sacred Listening theory and process, bringing your own passion for making a hopeful and positive impact.

  • Confident and ready to jump into projects while being open to professional development opportunities.

  • Knowledge of dominant American Christian religious expressions.

  • Analyze large datasets using SPSS, including performing correlations and t-tests.

  • Manage and execute research projects, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.

  • Construct research questions and tools, identifying patterns and solutions.

  • Write clear and concise reports, executive summaries and research documentation.

  • Strong writing skills and ability to construct effective research tools.
