Reports to: Research Director

Location: Remote

Hours: 5-15 hours per week, with strong likelihood for more hours

Compensation: $30/hour

Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Associate Researcher to join our team with particular methodological expertise in qualitative interviewing and analysis. Ability to do quantitative analysis is desired, but not necessary.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to make a positive impact on the world, enjoys working with people, and is excited about growing professionally. You’ll dive right into projects, bringing your passion and confidence to help us inspire change. 

This is what we need. Does this sound like you? 

• Knowledge of dominant American Christian religious expressions. 

• Conduct and analyze qualitative interviews

• Attend and contribute to our regularly scheduled team meetings. 

• Collaborate with our team on Microsoft Teams, or be willing to learn and use the platform effectively. 

• Operate within our Sacred Listening theory and process, bringing your own passion for making a hopeful and positive impact. 

• Confident and ready to jump into projects while being open to professional development opportunities.

• Ability to speak and translate Spanish is a strong plus and carries the potential for additional compensation
