The Fuller Youth Institute’s Gen Alpha research is giving ministry leaders a front‑row seat to how the generation born in 2010 and later is growing up, exploring meaning, and making sense of faith in a fast‑changing world. Nearly 3,000 surveys and interviews with youth ages 13–17 reveal how Gen Alpha thinks about identity, belonging, purpose, and spiritual life—and highlight key trends that can help churches and ministries meet them where they are.
