You'll facilitate immersive leadership experiences, guide vocational discernment, oversee Auburn's coaching program, cultivate partnerships with seminaries and faith communities, and help participants grow spiritually, personally, and professionally through experiential learning—not lectures. 🌱📖✨ You'll also help shape programs like Emerging Leaders, Connecting Generations, Elders, and Auburn's Coaching Program, while mentoring a growing network of spiritual coaches and faith leaders.
