Dream Jobs & Opportunities
1. Director of Marketing @ Goodfaith 🎧📈
Good Faith is hiring a Director of Marketing to grow its audience through smart, creative strategy—while actually listening to the Christians and communities its content is designed to serve. 🎧📈💛
This role gets especially interesting for our listening-loving community. 👂🏽💛 The Director will lead Good Faith’s audience-growth strategy across messaging, audience research, social media, email, paid media, campaigns, web strategy, and product launches—and the job specifically includes holding listening sessions with core supporters to learn what’s resonating and shape future marketing. 🎧💬📈 In other words: don’t just shout louder about the work—listen to the people you’re trying to reach and let what you learn inform the strategy. 🤝✨
It’s a full-time, remote role with quarterly travel, offering $120,000–$125,000 plus benefits and a potential performance bonus. They’re looking for someone with substantial content-marketing experience who can think strategically and jump into the hands-on work of making ideas happen. 🚀🧠🛠️
2. Three Jobs @ Axis 📚🎙️
Calling all organizers, editors, storytellers, podcast people, and behind-the-scenes problem solvers! 📚🎙️🗓️✨ Axis is a Christian nonprofit helping parents and caring adults navigate the culture young people are living in—from social media and technology to identity, relationships, faith, and mental health—with resources designed to spark meaningful conversations. Their mission puts connection, curiosity, and conversation right at the center. 👂🏽💬🌱
Right now, they’re hiring for three different roles: an Executive Assistant to the CEO 🗓️🤝 to keep leadership, people, and operations moving; a Managing Editor ✍🏽📚 to guide content from the first idea all the way to publication; and a Podcast/Media Specialist 🎙️🎥 to produce, edit, and grow podcasts and digital content for people caring for today’s teens.
Different skill sets, same bigger goal: helping adults pay attention to young people’s worlds, start better conversations, and build stronger connections across generations. 🎧🫶🏽✨ If your gifts live somewhere between people, projects, words, and media, there might be something here for you! 🌎💛
3. 2027 Center for Christianity & Public Life Fellowship 💛🌱
The Center for Christianity & Public Life is accepting applications for its 2027 Public Life Fellowship, a nine-month learning community for Christians interested in exploring how their faith connects with public service and civic life. 🌎✨ The Center describes itself as a nonpartisan organization focused on Christian spiritual formation and civic renewal.
There’s plenty of listening and learning together built into this opportunity. 👂🏽🤝 Fellows come from different Christian traditions and professional backgrounds and spend the year in conversation with one another, mentors, and CCPL staff through three in-person retreats, monthly calls, readings, and a writing project. Participants also develop an idea they want to contribute to civic life while building friendships and a community of support along the way. 💭📖🌱
The program itself is free, with retreat lodging and accommodations covered; fellows are responsible for their travel. ✈️🏡 Applications for the 2027 cohort are open through October 18, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. EDT. 📅✨
4. Associate Director of Resource Strategy and Development at Baylor University 🤝⛪
Calling all writers, resource-builders, strategic thinkers, and church-community listeners! ✍🏽👂🏽📚 The Baylor Center for Disability and Flourishing is hiring an Associate Director of Resource Strategy and Development to help lead resource creation for The Whole Body Project, a five-year national initiative exploring disability, mental health, faith, and belonging in Christian communities. 🌱♿🧠⛪
At the heart of the role is the Belonging Hub 💻💛—an online home for tools, training, and learning pathways that churches can actually use. The Associate Director will help translate research, theology, and best practices into accessible resources for pastors, ministry leaders, families, and congregations. Think reflection tools, learning resources, ministry guidance, and practical pathways toward deeper belonging. 📖🛠️✨
And there’s plenty of listening woven into the work. 🎧🤝 The larger project is intentionally community-centered and collaborative, drawing on local congregations and lived experiences to tell stories and create resources that help churches move from simply welcoming people to building communities where everyone is seen, valued, supported, and invited to participate fully. 👂🏽🫶🏽🌎
5. Creative Arts Collective Grants 💸✨
Calling all artists, musicians, filmmakers, writers, dancers, church leaders, theologians, and creative dreamers! 🎨🎬🎶📚 The Creative Arts Collective for Christian Life & Faith is building a nationwide community at the intersection of Christianity and the arts, with grants, gatherings, education, and networking opportunities designed to help creative ideas come to life. 🌎✨ Their work invites people to experience the Christian story through beauty, imagination, awe, and wonder. 💛🖌️
Their Create, Educate & Network Grant supports projects that create art 🎨, nurture Christian imagination 💭, and strengthen connections among people working in faith and the arts 🤝. We especially love that this opportunity isn’t only about making something—it’s about creating, learning, sharing, collaborating, and listening to what art can reveal about faith and the experiences of our communities. 👂🏽🎭🌱 Sometimes a painting, song, film, poem, performance, or gathering can help us hear something we might have missed otherwise. 🎧✨
