Listening That Builds Trust & Wellbeing: YoungMinds 🎧💬💛



We might have all the best intentions in the world, but if we can’t listen without being distracted , interrupting, or judging, our impact might not be as helpful or connective as we would like. This article supports both best practices from a mental health perspective and core principles from our sacred listening study. 


What happens when we engage not only with young people but with all people with a fuller, deeper presence in what we call sacred listening? Their whole countenance changes, and, as this article notes, their mental health improves as if they were going to the gym for their mind.
